POSITION INFO:

a Well Established organisation in the motor industry is seeking the services of a Client Relationship Manager for the Johannesburg, Gauteng area.

Min of 2 years experience as a CRM or call centre similar role, this experience must be within the motor industry.

Must have a strong personality

Must be Customer focused with very high service level standards.

Must have strong leadership skills
Experience in managing front of house team
Must have excellent communication skills at all levels
Leadership skills.

Only candidates who have worked in the motor industry in a CRM role or team leader role or similar will be considered.
