Client Relations Liaison

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Client Relations Liaison for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 with 2-3 years sales experience
• Experience working as a client relations liaison – managing client relations and building rapport with customers (office automation / telecoms industry preferred)
• Must be target driven & competitive with strong interpersonal skills
• Driver’s license with own reliable vehicle

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Build / maintain relationships and conduct business reviews
• Alert sales team to opportunities and follow up on progress
• Inform customers of new offerings and resolve queries / issues
• Build relations with existing clients and achieving client relation targets
• Monitoring company performance against SLA’s
• Attending to client needs
• Adhere to weekly appointment targets and sales GP targets

Salary:  R12 000.00 – R15 000.00 pm + commission + fuel reimbursement
