POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Client Operations Analyst within the asset management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily servicing of an assigned set of clients, and to provide administrative support and reporting to those clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Reporting (Daily, monthly, quarterly, annual)
Liaise with Clients - new clients, restructures, performance and off market trade queries
Liaison with both clients and internal teams which include investment operations, client managers, finance and fund operations
Liaise with Back Office Administrators
Review monthly, quarterly investment statements and performance reports

Requirements:

CA(SA)
Previous experience in the back office within the Investment Management industry
Previous experience in a client interaction role
