Client Engineer/ Project Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well established manufacturing company, with 6 companies within the group and established for 40 years is looking for an experienced canidate with a Engineering qualification to manage manage the installation and services of its material handling equipment at customer sites.

Job Description

Manage the service level agreements with customers.

Plan and Assign technicians to perform installation and service work.

Drive continuous improvement and put structures in place to facilitate efficient installation and service methodology.

Liaise with new customers setting up service level agreements.

Skills Required

BTech Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Degree.

The ideal candidate needs to be innovative, energetic and be willing to go the extra mile.

More than 5 years’ experience.
