JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client Services Consultant - INVESTMENTS COMPANY. B Com investments an advantage or other tertiary qualification - Parktown - Must have 1 - 2 years experience in FINANCIAL SERVICES/Industry Investments/Share Trading could be an advantage only - Call Centre environment  Fielding of telephone calls into the client Service Team - use of ticketing system freshdesk, Zendesk/ms dynamics and CRM an advantage to respond to and resolve investor queries. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant qualification or studyng towards a tertiary relevant to Financial Services - such as Investments Management but experience is more important. Advantage if person comes from investments/financial services and share trading company. Ticketing.

Package & Remuneration

R20KCTC depending on experience
