Our client is seeking to hire a mature candidate who needs to be able to manage a team of + - 6 cleaners, they will need to supervise and assist the team with waste control and cleaning of the shop. They also need to be able to communicate to the rest of the team as well as management.

Our client is seeking to hire a mature candidate who needs to be able to manage a team of + - 6 cleaners, they will need to supervise and assist the team with waste control and cleaning of the shop. They also need to be able to communicate to the rest of the team as well as management.

Minimum requirements:

Matric and preferably an additional qualification and/or experience in Health and Safety / Operations / Facilities Management.
Computer literate and competent with all Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent organisational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work within a team and self-driven.

Job description:

Monitoring of all staff
Feedback on the hygiene of the store
Compiling and communicating progress reports to management
Daily Hygiene checks
Budget and expense reconciliation of the above mentioned.
