• Monitor the usage of cleaning material in order to reduce wastage and excessive spending on material

Operational  

• Ensure the safety and security of MWOS assets
• Continuous cleaning of the branch to ensure branch is clean and presentable at all time
• Ensure workspace is clean and presentable

Customer + Relationship

• Ensure that the branch is clean and presentable for MWOS customers
• Ensure communication skills are good in order to provide information to customers clearly and concisely

Leadership + People

• Ensuring that breaches in policy is reported to the Assistant/Branch/Regional/HR Manager

Innovation

• Make recommendations on how to increase performance and branch profit
