A client seeks an experienced Claims candidate with grade 12, 4-5 years of claims experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain industry.

Candidate must be able to build relationships with clients and offer excellent service to solve their claims. Attention to detail is essential, well organized person and effective interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for the position.

Previous working knowledge in clearing of claims reports, reconciliations of statements, rejecting of POD’s, dealing with GIT claims, verifying orders and dealing with claims reports.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Admin related education will be an advantage
Financial background is an advantage
Computer literate
At least 4 – 5 years of claims experience in the Logistics/supply chain industry.
Logistics, Warehouse & Linehaul operational experience
Embrace knowledge as an advantage
