Claims QA Consultant x2 

Description:

The Claims Quality Assurance Consultant / Coach will be required to listen to Claims calls conducted by a team of Claims Consultants. 

Purpose of Job:
Perform quality assurance/quality control through monitoring and review of insurance customer service phone calls and transactions.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:
Performs call monitoring for quality control on data processing, Provides monthly results to management team.
Performs transaction review for quality control on data processing,
Participates in design and review of quality control process to identify efficiencies and improvements for insurance processes.
Participates in special projects.
Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification requirements:

Matric

Clean ITC/Criminal Check

Experience required

2 - 3 years call centre experience

Long Term Insurance Claims Quality Assurance experience
