SUMMARY:
Opportunity to join a young civil contracting company for a 3 month contract to oversee all the civil infrastructure work on a private development civil projects. Oversee all the leveling and layering work on site.

POSITION INFO:

Manage quality of work that is completed on civil project

Check payment certificates on a weekly basis

Report progress on site to Contracts Manager

Ensure work done is up to standard and specifications

Manage laborers and assist when needed

Check all Leveling for bulk earthworks and laying of stormwater pipes

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a site agent, site supervisor or site foreman

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Good understanding of procedure surrounding black top roads including insitu

Experience working on bulk earthworks, stormwater and roads projects

Proven knowledge of leveling of roads and stormwater layering

Qualification:

National Diploma in Civil engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
