JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Civil litigation process
  • Drafting Section 129 letter
  • Drafting notice of Motion Applications
  • Drafting Affidavits
  • Default Judgements Application
  • Summary Judgement Application
  • Warrant of Execution
  • Dictating on Attorneys’ dictation and written note
  • Liaising with correspondents and sheriffs
  • Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
  • Preparing court documents
 
The ideal candidate has:
  • Certificate in Paralegal is an advantage
  • 3 years’ litigation experience Magistrate and High court
  • Proficient in typing Dictation
  • Should be familiar with the court rules
