SUMMARY:
This position will be based in The Netherlands and relocation assistance will be provided by the employer should you application be successful.

POSITION INFO:

Our client based in The Netherlands focuses on the design and construction supervision of all kinds of water-related objects in the field of drinking water, waste water and water level management.

Due to the growth of their activities in these areas, they are looking for an enthusiastic civil engineering engineer.

In this position you will be responsible for the design and engineering of civil components in a variety of projects.

You work in a team with the disciplines of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering/instrumentation on complex technical constructions, make cost estimates, prepare specifications and translate these into a civil design note/specification.

The projects you will work on mainly relate to polder/boezem pumping stations, locks and weirs, wastewater treatment plants, sewage pumping stations and associated (pressure) pipes.

 

Job requirements

You would need to be a qualified civil engineer with a minimum of a bachelor''s degree in civil engineering and a minimum of  5 years of relevant work experience.

If you are solution-oriented, you are honest, social, cost-conscious, accurate, you have a high sense of responsibility and you have an excellent command of the English language and a strong understanding of Dutch would be high beneficial, but not essential.
