Civil Engineer (Water)

SUMMARY:
Progressive multidisciplinary engineering consultancy has a vacancy for a Civil Engineer with a water and sanitation background.
Must have at least 5 years of engineering consulting and project management experience and be professionally registered with ECSA.
This is a permanent position to start in October.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

• BTech or BSc Eng in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 years of hands-on design experience in water and sanitation infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• A valid driver’s license and your own transport.

• Design and develop innovative water and sanitation projects.
• Prepare detailed design layouts, calculations, and reports.
• Collaborate on site meetings, handovers, and project administration.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on all projects.
• Manage projects with guidance from senior engineers.
