SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will support the CEO in a busy and interesting environment. This role requires a strong work ethic, ability to follow through on projects, highly effective communication skills and an ability to connect with a range of people. We want someone who can work without constant supervision and has a go-getter attitude.

POSITION INFO:

Overview of Responsibilities Duties of the post include, but are not limited to:

Assist in co-ordinating a range of Company events

Co-ordinating Meetings including producing Report and Tender documentation

Prepare e-mails and general correspondence as required

Working closely with members, providing information and support when needed

General office duties and support to other team members and departments - ability to multi-task and work collaboratively

Experience / Skills

Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in similar role

You should have a reasonable amount of exposure and understanding of civil engineering,

Must be able to interpret construction drawings/plans

Must be able to assist with the issuing of certificates

Must have some knowledge on tar, paving, storm water pipe sizing etc.

Possess excellent communications skills & the ability to liaise effectively with client, architects and project managers.

High attention to detail and drawing checking

Strong organizational and time management skills

Highly skilled computer literacy

The successful applicant is required for an immediate start to hit the ground running alongside our team of engineers and draftsman.
