SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a Citrus Packhouse, Coldroom and Marketing Supervisor to join their team in Wemmershoek, Western Cape,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 (Essential)
Relevant tertiary qualification
3-5 years’ relevant experience in the following:
- - Inspect defect products and troubleshoot problems with equipment
  - Maintain an efficient palletising area, including accurate documentation
  - Complete given maintenance tasks with and without guidance, compliant with OSHA standards
  - Preform quality control check at beginning and during operation of all equipment to ensure continuing overall quality
  - Occupational health and safety act representative
  - Maintenance duties
  - Administer the process of preparing fruit to ship to the USA
  - Assisting coldroom staff to administer correct cooling regimes for fruit
  - Local Market and Hawker sales duties
  - Adhere to all safety requirements including GMP's, PPE's, HACCP JSA regulations and Ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Senior Management
