Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer you'll be expressing your operations strategy and objectives to ensure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively. This role requires assisting various departments by collaborating and coordinating operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the operation and management team to prepare an efficiently executed operations strategy.

• To assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.

• Monitor the company's operations and various expenses and budgets within their department and the daily operations.

• Monitor and check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.

• To contribute to ensuring a conducive, collaborative and productive work environment for their department.

• Monitor every performance metrics, they should receive and respond to appro

• vals and notifications on a regular basis

• Work closely with the project planner and the supply chain team to overcome day to day operations.

• Monitor the company imports and exports to guarantee the company’s shipment cost and timeline.

• Build and put in place processes and procedures to improve daily company operations.

• The COO will be an integral part of the project planning department as they are required to plan, communicate with clients, provide feedback to the supply chain and installation team, and advise project completion to the senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
