POSITION INFO:

Fast expanding fintech team seeks an experienced finance executive, CA(SA) qualified with 10+ years'' experience to join their team.

This is a strategic role, calling for a financial leader who will not only lead and develop and share financial strategic inputs to drive business growth. This is a dynamic and ambitious team, with a culture of innovation, support and growth - and a very exciting time to be joining the business!

Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop financial and operational financial changes as required
• Working closely with the CEO and Executive team on future M&A efforts, future capital raises and growth strategies
• Reporting and driving financial strategy across all departments
• Driving and safeguarding expected returns, examining risks in line with strategy and growth strategies
• Senior finance role, additional information available on application.

Requirements:

• Minimum of CA(SA) qualified plus 10 years post qualified experience
• Minimum of 5 years'' experience in the financial services space, ideally with some experience in growth / M&A / funding phase
• Experience with a data-driven / insights for business decision making
• Strong on current technologies, and embrace technology to improve systems and processes
• Must have strong financial leadership experience and strong commercial acumen
• Strategic thinker, who is innovative and entrepreneurial, driving strategy and value add to the business
• High levels of integrity, trust and work ethic
• Strong leadership skills, open to innovation, collaboration and idea sharing.
