Our client, a leading innovator in the chemical manufacturing industry with a focus on developing high-performance adhesives, is currently seeking a skilled Chemist to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in adhesive technologies and chemical processing, who is passionate about product development and innovation.
Responsibilities:

Lead the formulation and development of new adhesive products and enhance the performance of existing products.

Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to scale up production processes from lab to manufacturing scale.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex chemical processing issues.

Maintain accurate records of formulations, tests, and trials in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Stay abreast of technological advancements and competitive trends in the adhesive industry to drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and customers.
