Purpose:
We are looking for a pastry chef.
Responsibilities
• Formal cooking/ pastry degree/diploma preferable.
• Experience in a la carte and banqueting preparation in pastry.
• Previous experience with chocolate and sugar work.
• Creative individual needed with passion for pastry section.
Requirements
• Matric
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pastry position in the kitchen.
• Portfolio required
