SUMMARY:
Our client a well-established Game Lodge is urgently looking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join their team.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

This is a live in position. 
  • 3 years’ experience in a chef de Partie position in a lodge environment.
  • Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure.
  • Must have grade 12.
  • Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable.
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to create, cost and maintain recipes.
  • Must be able to work independently. 
Responsibilities:.
  • The candidate will also be required to maintain and implement hygiene standards
  • Assist with stock take.
  • Create and maintain recipes.
  • Ensuring that breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared for guests.
