Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a CDP chef position in a Lodge environment
- Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure.
- Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
- Must have grade 12.
- Must be able to work independently
- Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable.
Job Description- Create and maintain recipes.
- Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
- Ensuring that breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared for guest
