POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Tertiary qualification (City & Guilds Diploma - Cilinary Arts and Patisserie)

Assesor Training

2-3 years food industry experience

1-3 years lecturing experience

Knowledge of Health, Safety and Food Regulations

National and Global Culinary knowledge

Knowledge of kitchen management

Knowledge of cooking techniques

Knowledge of culinary preparation

Computer literate

Drivers licence
