SUMMARY:
Wonderful opportunity exists for a junior Chef de Partie, to join an established retail outlet serving take-away and in house meals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:-
  • Preparation of cold and hot dishes
  • Cooking, plating/packaging with attention to detail and presentation
  • Stock control - stock counts, stock receiving and checking, wastage, spoilage and portion control
  • Maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Managing food safety standards
  • Any other ad hoc duties required by management
