Chartered Accountant - George - Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

Our well-known client, based in George, is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join their team.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum: BAcc, BCom Accounting, BCompt or equivalent CA(SA) stream degree
  • Can be someone in their 1st year of SAICA articles or in 3rd year (Salary will be dependent on your experience)
  • Working knowledge of CaseWare, Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in compiling and auditing IFRS for SMEs annual financial statements
  • Coach trainees
  • Own transport, a valid driver’s license
  • Good communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
