Channel Partner Manager – IVD Medical Devices
This position is only available to Kenyan citizens
Location: East Africa - Kenya
Position Overview:
Join this prime company in the industry of medical device manufacturing and distribution as their Channel Partner Manager East Africa. One will be responsible to develop and maintain business relationships with (new) assigned channel partners to meet high growth sales within East Africa.
One will be responsible to implement and execute on strategies to maximize sales volume at minimum cost. Increase market share for all Advanced Staining, Core Histology and Pathology Imaging products in assigned territory through aggressively gaining market share from competitors.

- Sales and Funnel Management
- Product Development
- Increase Service Revenue
Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Completed BSc or Bachelors Medical Science Degree
- Proven consultative selling skills honed within a complex sales environment
- Comfortable to initiate new scientific solutions directly to Lab Managers and Histopathologists
- Min 3 years of experience with Channel Partner Management in the medical device industry.
- Financial Acumen: budgets, forecasting, responding to tenders and managing priorities to meet revenue targets
- Proven experience in entering a New Market and overachieving Commercial Targets
- Experience in IVD Sales Management
- Already worked in a Scientific Multinational environment
- Knowledge or experience of the Histopathology Applications and Immunohistochemistry
- Relevant market knowledge of local Eastern African market
