Channel Partner Executive (Kempton Park, Johannesburg) Salary is Market Related

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experience Channel Partner Executive to further improve my clients’ market positioning and accelerate financial growth by generating and developing new business opportunities and servicing and maintaining relationships with clients.

 

Duties include, but not limited to:

-        Finding and qualifying strategic channel partners aligned with the company’s strategy

-        Working with and supporting existing channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities

-        Developing and implementing channel partner strategies, policies and procedures

-        Building and maintaining strong relationships with current client base

-        Screening potential business deals

-        Analyzing market strategies

-        Identifying trends withing the industry

-        Developing new business relationships and new pipelines of the major potential and existing clients

-        Creating strategic alliances within the industry

-        Initiating of new R&D projects

-        Identifying client product needs

-        Working closely with engineers in developing products to meet clients’ product requirements

-        actively and successfully managing the sales process

-        representing the company at industry events and tradeshows

-        editing/updating of company literature and website information

-        concluding all client contracts and confidentiality agreements

-        preparing monthly reports

-        compiling and analysing annual client satisfaction surveys

 

Minimum requirements:

-        Tertiary qualification in Marketing and Business Management

-        At least 5 – 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the ICT industry

-        At least 5 – 8 years’ experience in managing C level relationships

-        Excellent interpersonal / communication and public speaking skills

-        Aptitude in decision making and problem solving

-        Proficient in strategic planning and business development

-        Strong existing customer base
