SUMMARY:
Change Manager

POSITION INFO:

To lead the Change Management process for the S4S New Ways of Working Project. This will involve identifying the impact of the changes on people and the organisation, ensuring that all stakeholders are adequately and effectively prepared for the change and handling all, if any, resistance to the changes required so as to realise the maximum benefits of the projects objectives and mitigating negative impacts to both external and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead the change management workstream.

Responsible for developing the change management plans for the project and/or change initiatives.

Evaluate the impact of the planned change(s).

Identify the associated risks and develop a relative risk mitigation strategy.

Identify and coordinate with project team partners within the organisation.

Identify and manage any anticipated resistance to change.

Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.

Develop and effect a coaching and training for employees at all levels.

Define metrics and performance measurements in relation to the deliverables

Provide reports and relevant feedback to the management and project team.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications

Project Management certification

Experience

Minimum 5 years Project management experience
Demonstrable experience of MS Project.
