The individual will be responsible for the following:

Change Management Communications on a large-scale:

  • Engaging with the project teams to determine level of communication
  • Determining the levels of employee engagement
  • Change Management Strategy and Plan execution regarding projects
  • Determining the organizational culture and implement relevant change management interventions

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Communications/Organizational Change Management
  • 2-3 years change management experience
  • Project Management degree/certificate an added advantage
  • SAP S/4 Hana is an added advantage
