The individual will be responsible for the following:

Change Management Communications on a large-scale:

Engaging with the project teams to determine level of communication
Determining the levels of employee engagement
Change Management Strategy and Plan execution regarding projects
Determining the organizational culture and implement relevant change management interventions

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Business Communications/Organizational Change Management
2-3 years change management experience
Project Management degree/certificate an added advantage
SAP S/4 Hana is an added advantage
