Change Management Consultant

Gijima Human Capital Management is looking for an energetic individual to join the team as a Change Management Consultant. The position is based in Midrand and applicants must currently live in Gauteng.

The individual will be responsible for the following.

Change Management on a large-scale, public sector, ICT project including but not limited to the following:

• Determining the levels of employee satisfaction using various tools
• Determining the levels of employee engagement
• Change interventions and change management capacity building
• Change Management Strategy and Plan execution
• Determining the organisational culture and implement  relevant change management interventions

Training requirement may require the candidate to travel nationally.

Availability: immediately

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant tertiary degree
• PROSCI certification is a pre-requisite
• Coaching certification will be an advantage
• Valid Driver’s license and own car/transport is a prerequisite
• 3-5 years change management experience on large-scale public-sector ICT projects is a pre-requisite
• Change Management experience in conservation sector will be an advantage
