POSITION INFO:
A well established Motor Dealership in Pretoria is looking for a Certified Diagnostic OR Master Technician to join their service department.

Requirements:

• Must be a Qualified / Certified Diagnostic OR Master Vehicle Technician 
• Own transport & own quality tools
• Excellent mechanical & electrical skills

• Servicing & repairing of all vehicles booked into the dealership
• Diagnose & report findings accurately
• Maintain & update on diagnostic tools
• Request relevant & correct parts from parts sales executive
• Notify management of any service related issues
• Checking in of customers & follow ups with clients
• Update job cards, ensuring that it contains accurate information & detailed information on the service/repairs
• Plan & order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification
• Ability to plan production
• Maintaining good communication at head office & with customers
• After Service Follow ups
