The successful incumbent for the Centre & Facilities Manager will oversee building operations, maintenance, and services (like cleaning, security, HVAC) to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment, managing budgets, contractors, compliance (Health & Safety/EHS), space planning, and sometimes renovations for a property. They coordinate physical upkeep with organizational needs, bridging technical aspects (hard FM) with user services (soft FM).
Key Responsibilities
