JOB DESCRIPTION:

High profile catering and restaurant facility in Grahamstown is looking for an experienced Storeman to control all food and catering stock inbound and outbound.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • All incoming and outgoing stock
  • Managing the temperature of fridges and cold storage
  • Managing the expiry dates of perishables to minimise wastage
  • Sign orders 
  • Recon orders against invoices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous stock control experience in food and catering industry essential
  • Experience in managing cold storage
