Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily catering operations and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of allocated sites.
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Plan and implement operational projects and process improvements.
- Report on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:- Tertiary Culinary or Project Management
- Minimum 8 years managerial experience (advantageous).
- Strong food, administration and financial management
- Excellent client relations and team leadership
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence
