SUMMARY:
CASHBOOK / FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION CLERK (JNB)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receiving of Invoices from all departments and suppliers by required due dates
Preparation of weekly and monthly payments including payment reconciliations
Weekly and monthly reconciliations of payments completed
Update daily bank balances for the Group and download bank statements
Update daily cashflow
Allocation of completed payments to the correct GL codes
Monthly capturing of cashbooks in Accpac and balancing of bank reconciliations
Fulfill any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities given by your Line Manager
