POSITION INFO:

Cashbook Controller - Southern Suburbs - Market Related

 

(Basic, medical aid & provident fund)

 

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Accounting or BCom Degree
• Grade 12 with Accounting (Higher Grade)
• 5 years cashbook experience in engineering environment

Must have strong experience with Cashbook Module.

• Must have Syspro experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
• Syspro 8 - Cash Book Module-A MUST HAVE

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims management
• Month end reporting
• Queries and reconciliations
• Self-discipline, attention to detail, and customer relation skills
• Allocate sundry payments received on a daily basis, and process of payments
• Liaising with sundry creditors for statements
• Monitor delivery of invoices to ensure invoices delivered according to standard operating procedure
• Implement approved policies and procedures and monitor adherence
