POSITION INFO:

Manufacturing company based in Willowton are seeking a Cashbook Clerk, previous Syspro experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Daily Cashflow
• Capturing of all transactions off bank statements on Syspro:
• Cash & Card
• All payments (Weekly & Monthly this consists of: EFT Refunds, Rentals, Debit orders-ensure we have invoices & Cashbook Payments)
• All Online payments (EFT, PAYGATE & PAY JUST NOW)
• Daily & Monthly bank charges
• Preparation of bank reconciliation
• Updating sales/banking schedule
• Processing of EFT Refunds for Concept stores & Online
• Processing of Cash book payments
• Processing & preparation of rental & month end payments.
• Loading creditors
