Cash Reconciliation Administrator / Portfolio Fund Administrator

SUMMARY:
This role is in the Front Line Service and Administration, Reconciliation specialist`s role is to reconcile the cash account on a daily basis for all the funds under clients' control. Unpack and resolve aged reconciliations/discrepancies. Fair knowledge of the financial markets financial instruments, i.e. Money Market instruments, derivatives, and Bonds for all markets in SA

POSITION INFO:

We looking for someone with experience in the following:

• Cash reconciliation
• Query resolution
• Reporting - provide the client with an excel report, from Intellimatch of opening and closing balance as well as the cash activity on the Portfolio/s cash accounts for the previous business day (where required)
• Risk management - ensure that all unmatched items are resolved within 7 - 30 days 
• Teamwork

Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate
• Diploma or Degree - financial
