Case Manager

SUMMARY:
Looking for a Case Manager preferably one with ICU/NICU knowledge and experience as an Enrolled Nurse or RN.

POSITION INFO:

• Check confirmations for L.O.C and L.O.S relative for each patient.
• Assess patient clinical reports for communication to Medical Aids.
• Intermediate/Advanced comnpetency of ICD 10 and CPT coding.
• Handle communication and queries with Medical Aid managers.
• Effective communications with Patients, Doctors and other Nursing stuff.
• Knowledge of Medical Aid policies
• Knowledge of Delta 9 is an added advantage.
• Confidentiality compliance

 

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• Enrolled Nurse Registered with SANC
• Previous Case Management experience is key.
