SUMMARY:
Internationale EPC has opportunity for a Cargo Supervisor on their offshore vessel in Angola. • With FPSO experience is a must • Minimum 3 years experience • International experience in Angola, Brazil, Africa is a plus • Experience with major EPC or Oil And Gas companies a plus

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

▪ Responsible for the safe and proper execution of all marine and cargo operations.
▪ Ensure floater documentation register is up to date.
▪ Maintain cargo documentation updated.

Qualification:

STCW certificates:

    • Certificate of Competency II/2
    • GMDSS A-IV/2
    • Basic Safety Training A-VI/1 (that includes)
      • Personal survival techniques A-VI/1-1
      • Fire Prevention and firefighting A-VI/1-2
      • Elementary first aid A-VI/1-3
      • Personal safety and social responsibility A-VI/1-4
    • Survival craft and rescue boat A-VI/2-2
    • Advanced Fire Fighting A-VI/3
    • Medical first aid A-VI/4-1
    • Radar Observator  A-II/1
    • Radar A.R.P.A. A-II/1
    • Radar A.R.P.A – Bridge Teamwork A-II/2
    • ECDIS generic Training A-II/1, A-II/2
    • Tanker Advanced Familiarization A-V/1-1-1, A-V/1-1-2
    • Leadership & Teamwork (bridge) A-II/1 – A-II/2

 Required general experience

Carry out watch duty during operations.
▪ Supervise / Operate the ballast control systems to maintain vessel stability at all time
▪ Participate to bunkering, lifting, cargo transfer, cargo loading and offloading operations
▪ Supervise deck operations
▪ Check all navigation equipment and instruments as necessary
▪ Maintain fire fighting and life-saving equipment as directed
▪ Update the planned maintenance system as directed
▪ Check the GMDSS equipment and ensure that mandatory provisions related to its operation (as specified in the radio
regulations) are adhered
▪ Perform duties on the helideck and boat landing, where required.
▪ Perform functions as identified in the vessel emergency preparedness manual
▪ Intervene and report in case of unsafe act, unsafe working conditions, near misses and incidents/accidents
