Qualifications / Requirements:
• Relevant 3-year Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years Recruitment or Training and Development experience
• Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
• Advanced computer literacy essential
• Excellent administration, planning and time keeping skills
• Customer service orientation, high levels of energy and self-motivation
• Highly effective communication and organisational skills
• Shown ability to manage work and self proactively
• Enjoy working, networking and building relationships with people
• Superior presentation skills
• Must be confident and outgoing
• Proven track record
• Must be approachable
Qualifications / Requirements:
Marketing and Events
• Create ongoing career awareness, through awareness campaigns, in-class visits, workshops, App notifications, e-mails, sms''s, WhatsApp groups and daily interaction with clients
• Ensure sufficient candidates have accessed and engaged with the department by marketing the platform to candidates
• Upload job opportunities onto the job directory
• Upskill, lead and empower the team to market the department and its platform to candidates
• Host career evenings / afternoon for final year students and alumni
• Host part-time work expo
• Host a career fair
Networking
• Establish and maintain relations with all clients and candidates
• Ensure and enable clear and open communication between the clients and the department
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and candidates
• Ensure compliance to the corporate identity at all times
• Identify businesses to partner with and actively seeks job opportunities that are in-line with the qualifications on offer
Recruitment of candidates
• Receive requests from clients
• Send a job specification to candidates to complete
• Advertise the job in relation to the relevant target market
• Use different mediums to advertise jobs
• Receive and screen student''s CV’s
