SUMMARY:
Our client an NGO Organization, based in Johannesburg is looking for a Care Centre Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the Hospital Environment
  • Responsible for the continued well-being of the Organization’s residents including but not limited to direct care and stimulation of residents, medical observations and relevant interventions
  • Works closely with the Site Manager: DDHH in order to ensure that all care-giving and administrative functions of the Organization run effectively and efficiently
  • Professionally manages, organises and contributes to the operation of the Organization by ensuring that processes are properly developed and maintained
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education, preferably in the Hospital/Medical Industry Code 08 driving lisence with a PDP is required
  • Having a medical nursing qualification and experience would be advantageous

  • General duties and liaising with the Registered Nurse regarding the daily handover
  • This is a demanding job and the person needs to be reasonably physically fit and they need to move around the Home every day
