Cantonese cuisine Chef | Tanzania | Busy Multi Cuisine Restaurant
CANTONESE CUISINE CHEF is needed to join busy, multi cuisine restaurant in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The Cantonese Chef will be in charge of the Chinese cuisine chefs at the restaurant. The restaurant is part of a growing casino group. Cantonese cuisine is one of the biggest service at the casino.
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in Chinese and English – NON NEGOTIABLE
- At least 4 years’ experience from upmarket restaurant or hotel
- Experience in managing staff
- Working experience in hospitality industry from China will be a great advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Cantonese cuisine
- Excellent kitchen operational knowledge
- High Food Safety standards
- Outstanding communication skills and understanding of different cultures
- Ability to train and coach staff
- Passion for an excellent customer service
Start: As soon as possible.
Salary package:
- Starting Basic salary USD 3000 (take home) - the salary will be increased to USD 3500 after 6 months (Covid-19 recovery)
- Shared apartment accommodation (OWN ROOM)
- Meals on duty
- Transport to and from work
- Work Permit will be arranged
- Joining flight to Dar Es Salaam
- Return flights home on annual basis
- Annual paid leave
