JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client, who is a strong competitor in their sector, is looking to hire a Trainee Manager who will be located in Galway, Ireland. Apart from their renowned brand, they are proud of their dynamic company culture. The Trainee Manager will ensure that designated branches are run according to company policy.

Duties:

Help designated branches meet their targets
Provide support to designated branches to ensure that support is provided when necessary
Work with your colleagues in a team to ensure branches are meeting required standards
Supervise team members of branches
Provide training regarding operations
Coordinate instore sales & promotions

Job Experience & Skills Required:

HACCP knowledge is essential

Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role from relevant industry (i.e., Catering, hospitality or food industries)
