Campaign Officer

Our client is looking for a Campaign Officer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Designing appropriate campaign strategies and implementing them effectively.
• Supervising your own campaign related projects.
• Monitoring relevant developments(legislation, politics, consumption, economy) in the field of animal (specifically farm, companion and wild animals).
• Establishing contact with stakeholders from the media, politics, civil society, within the corporate industry and maintaing enggement with businesses.
• Undertake various pieces of research related to campaigns.
• Regular coordination with national and international colleagues.

Key Skills:

Qualifications:

• Several years relevant experience in campaigning, preferably is one of the following fields: Farm Animal Welfare, Climate Change, Companion Animals and/or Wild Animals.
• Experience working in the NGO Environment, preferably in a related field.
• University degree in biological sciences, humanities, social sciences or climate change.
• Experience in scientific writing.
• Project Management and Online Mobilisation experience.
• In-depth topic research and familiarity with various analytical methods and strategy development.
• A persuasive communicator with a good understanding of multi-stakeholder landscapes.
• Great affinity to animal welfare.
