SUMMARY:
Our client needs your core skills in Digital campaign management coupled with a superior attitude of excellence!

We're looking for a highly efficient, outgoing and organised Digital Media professional. Ideally you have worked in a Project management or Campaign management capacity, ideally in the Digital publishing space.

Your in depth understanding (hopefully experience too) in Digital Media sales is non negotiable.

POSITION INFO:
Key Focus Areas

Responsible to implement and oversee optimisation per campaign.
Quality control of all campaigns once set-up.
Monitor the performance of each campaign through the system and communicate results by sharing and ensuring information provided is up to date
Ability to oversee workflow and make sound strategic decisions or adjustments if required.
You will be the main point of contact on multiple campaigns and projects.

Additional:

Experience in leading and facilitating meetings as well as campaign reviews including team performance
Knowledge of best practice standards and ability to propose relevant, timeous improvements when necessary.
Confident ability to use and learn systems. You will be the key admin on all systems used by the business.

Important

Working with Sales & Campaign managers (internal).
Responsible for billing: ensure PO’s and CI’s are received.
Responsible for rates being loaded in the billing system correctly & kept up to date.
Working closely with the Product Specialist
Ensure system is functioning as it should.

REQUIRED

3+ years’ experience in digital project management, ideally in the digital publishing world
Proven track record of managing team members for at least 2 years
Experience in implementation of systems, processes & inter-department workflows

Non negotiable: Experience in publisher ad serving & reporting platforms (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Waze etc).
