Call centre

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

The below are our requirements.

• Fluent speaking (English a must, other languages will be a bonus)

• Clarity when communicating

• Patience

• Listening Skills

• Problem solving

• Additional customer care/support skills

• No experience needed

Full Training on internal system will be provided

Desired Skills

• Grade 12 / Matric
