To support our sales team with appointments

Job Description:

The role involves outbound appointment setting calls, data entry tasks and providing assistance in converting leads to customers.

Previous call centre appointment setting experience is mandatory.

We would like the call centre agents to develop into sales people

Working hours 8 – 4.30 with an hour lunch

Monday to Friday

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role

Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette

A professional and courteous disposition

Confident

Persuasive and results-oriented

Live in the area

Computer literate

Basic R10 000 + Commission

Lead given to a salesperson which converted to a deal = comm for the agent
