Are you able to work shift work , night shift 15h00 - 0h00 , weekends if required with at least two years Inbound call centre working experience and speaks ,reads and writes English - this will secure an interview .

Our client based in Rosebank seeks Preferably Immediate candidate however will await notice . This is a permanent Role to join their team . Must fit into the corporate environment , be fluent and spoken in the english language with excellent written skills. Customer service orientated and been polite at all times .

Call Centre duties:

Telephonic first line support to external clients
Logging of calls on the call centre logging system
Follow up on issues logged until resolved
Reporting and statistics
Call follow-ups must be done on a regular basis

Minimum Requirements

Must have a matric
Minimum 2 Years working current experience in the call centre environment - Inbound will secure interview
Computer literate on microsoft Word & Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
Be fluent in spoken and written English
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Must be ITC and Criminal Clear
Must Have reliable transport , able to work night shift times which are 15h00 to 0h00.
Be prepared to work standby and shifts
Be prepared to work overtime
Have a high level of client service orientation
Have an ability to work with people at all levels (Clients and management)
Have excellent telephone etiquette
Have excellent client liaison
