URGENT ROLE

POSITION INFO:

Urgent role available for a suitable Call Centre Team Leader.

You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently leading, developing and managing the team.

Matric essential; relevant tertiary education; min 5 years proven supervisory experience with a team compliment of 5 or more; min 1 year international courier experience.

The suited candidate must have been / be a contact centre team leader within the courier / logistics sector, or a 2IC to team leader etc.
