SUMMARY:
Looking for a candidate to in taking responsibility for the smooth running of our dynamic call center where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed

  • Receive Incoming emails from external customer base and internal emails
  • Capturing of orders and quotations submitted by the customer by email
  • Follow ups of quotations and outstanding orders.
  • Costings on special items


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric Certificate – accounting or mathematics is a must
  • Min of 2 years working experience in administrator role and or Internal sales environment.
  • Stable employment record
  • Knowledge in office, word and excel
  • Previous telesales experience
  • Certificates or Diploma in further learning is a plus, but is not required
